1). What's the price of this box?
As we do OEM design, the price is based on many factors,
eg: wood type, lacquer, size, logo, packaging, order quantity…
So let us know more details that you require, We can give you a reasonable quotation.
2). What's your MOQ? Can I mix styles and colors?
MOQ is 500pcs, The color and style can be mixed according to the sample.
3). What's the delivery time?
It’s according to your order quantity, in general , it’s about 20-50 working days after receiving your deposit.
4). Can we print our own logo?
Yes, we accept customers’ own logo.
5).What ‘s the payment term?
We accept 30% deposit in advance, 70%balance before shipment .
6).What about the warranty?
We are very confident in our products, and we pack them very well, so usually you will receive the products in good condition. But
to avoid any unexpected trouble about quality problem, we suggest that you check the products once you receive them, and let us
know if there is any damaged ones, so that we can deal with it immediately.
